CHRISTIAN HENNINGS

Christian focuses on the intersection of technology, finance, and innovation, with a particular interest in data-driven investment strategies. He holds two master’s degrees in Business Information Systems as well as Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management at TU Darmstadt and is currently finishing his PhD in Corporate Finance. His research examines the risk–return relationship in venture capital markets, with a focus on market cycles and institutional contexts. Alongside his academic work, he built a machine learning-based risk management for venture capital firms, shaping his perspective on how data can strengthen investment decision-making in private markets.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find him golfing, playing tennis, or enjoying a good game of chess.
