With our events activities scaling and our new Deep Tech Hub in Munich opening in 2026, we are looking for support. The hub will be at the center of your activities, designed to connect founders, researchers, investors, and industry leaders shaping the technologies of tomorrow.

We’re looking for a Community & Events Manager to help bring this hub and Vsquared’s broader ecosystem presence to life. You will support office management, community-building, and event execution — helping shape the European deep tech community.

Your Role

1. Community Management & Hub Operations

• Manage the front desk of the office hub.
• Build and nurture a vibrant community of founders, researchers, and partners within the Deep Tech Hub.
• Act as the main contact for residents, guests, and collaborators.
• Support the planning and delivery of hub-based activities (e.g. founder breakfasts, expert talks, networking sessions).
• Ensure smooth operations and manage external service providers (cleaning, facility management, catering, etc.).
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Oversee day-to-day hub operations and maintain a welcoming, efficient, and inspiring environment.

2. Events — Fund-wide & Ecosystem

• Support the planning and coordination of Vsquared’s events across locations and formats, including:
• Ecosystem events
• Founder events
• Side events at conferences and ecosystem summits
• LP gatherings and investor meetings
• Collaborative events with other funds and partners
• Assist with event logistics: invite management, location sourcing, partner alignment, guest management, vendor coordination, scheduling, and on-site execution.
• Work closely with the Communications & Platform Team on event promotion, branding, and documentation.
• Contribute to Vsquared’s storytelling through event-related communications, content support, and brand alignment.
• Ensure a consistent look, feel, and tone across all events and community activities.
• Maintain Vsquared’s event management platform and database to ensure seamless registration and follow-up processes.
• Help track event performance and collect feedback to improve engagement and impact.

Your Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in community management, event coordination, or a related field.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in marketing, communications, or brand management is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple projects at once.
• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required.
• Open to traveling when needed.
• Passionate about technology, innovation, and connecting people.
